Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pilot - Other with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our innovative team at Sironix Medical Devices in Nagpur. This role is crucial for testing and validating new medical devices and equipment developed by our R&D department. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and performance of our products before they reach the market, contributing directly to our mission of advancing healthcare in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct flight tests and operational evaluations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or other relevant aerial platforms used for medical delivery, surveillance, or data collection.
- Operate and control aerial systems in accordance with established flight plans, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze flight data, performance metrics, and system behavior to identify potential issues, areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and R&D teams to provide detailed feedback on device functionality, user experience, and operational challenges.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for aerial system deployment and operation in medical contexts.
- Perform pre-flight checks, post-flight inspections, and routine maintenance on aerial equipment and associated payloads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing or operation.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive flight logs, test reports, and documentation.
- Stay abreast of advancements in UAV technology, aviation regulations, and medical device integration.
