Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Duty Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic FinTech operations team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of payment systems, and managing the response to any critical incidents. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time performance of payment gateways and associated services.
- Act as a first point of contact for operational escalations and critical incidents.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures for incident management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate operational logs.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to action item implementation.
