Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating travel arrangements and event ticketing for our employees and clients, ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, with 5 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Post-graduation is not a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of booking flight, train, and hotel accommodations for employees and business visitors.
- Coordinate and book tickets for company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel itineraries.
- Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings efficiently and professionally.
- Provide support to employees regarding their travel queries and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing travel expense reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their travel and ticketing needs.
