Key Responsibilities:

- Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategies for curriculum development and platform enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, developers, product managers) to implement new learning initiatives.
- Design and oversee pilot programs for new educational products and features, analyzing results for iterative improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to research methodologies, findings, and implemented strategies.
- Mentor junior team members on research best practices and analytical techniques.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and market dynamics within the EdTech sector.
- Contribute to the intellectual property development of the company through publications or internal whitepapers.
