Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal department as a Crime / Arbitration Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in handling legal disputes and ensuring compliance within a large, dynamic organization. You will be instrumental in supporting our legal team in various arbitration proceedings and investigating potential criminal activities related to railway operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct preliminary research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to railway-related disputes.
- Support the investigation of alleged criminal offenses or fraudulent activities within the railway network.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and evidence.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation.
- Draft correspondence and basic legal notices under supervision.
- Learn and apply railway-specific legal frameworks and policies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support to senior legal officers.
