Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Support professional with a non-voice focus to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and 2-4 years of experience, leveraging their business acumen to understand and resolve technical challenges within our FMCG operations. This role involves providing essential support through written communication channels, ensuring seamless technological integration and user satisfaction across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported via ticketing systems, email, or chat, providing clear and concise resolutions to end-users.
- Document technical problems and solutions, maintaining an accurate knowledge base for recurring issues.
- Liaise with IT infrastructure teams, software vendors, and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new software and hardware solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and IT best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the technical support function.
- Generate reports on support ticket trends, resolution times, and user satisfaction.
- Utilize business insights gained from MBA/PGDM to understand the impact of technical issues on business processes and suggest appropriate solutions.
